Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic National Sales Manager to lead a team of 19 sales professionals across the country. This role focuses on defining and executing national sales strategy, developing top-tier talent, and expanding market presence, while remaining actively involved in key client relationships. Working closely with executive leadership, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, strengthening brand positioning, and embedding a culture of performance and accountability.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5–8+ years’ proven leadership experience in senior sales roles (national or regional leadership experience highly advantageous)
Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective, scalable sales strategies
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Tech-savvy with solid proficiency in MS Office
Resilient, energetic, and able to perform in high-pressure environments
Qualification:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Management (advantageous)
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally
