Develop and execute sector strategy, including origination, credit, pricing, and risk elements
Own the national sales budget, book growth and sector profitability
Support regional teams with deal origination, structuring, and closing
Manage and expand national supplier relationships to maximise opportunities
Build new partnerships that strengthen regional sales pipelines
Lead solutioning to position the business as a preferred funder
Share sector insights to upskill internal teams
Produce sector reporting across key performance areas
Drive disciplined sales activity and pipeline management
Coach and develop a high-performing sales team
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
Postgraduate qualification or industry certification an advantage
ExperienceMinimum 5–7+ years in sales/business development, ideally in asset finance or corporate sales
Experience managing large portfolios and hitting financial targets
Strong background in supplier relationship management within mining and construction
Proven success working across regional or national teams
