Company and Job Description:
This role is office-based and requires someone who can confidently assist clients with product selection, technical advice, and accurate pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales enquiries via email, phone
- Prepare accurate quotations, tenders, and proposals
- Provide technical guidance on screening media, industrial filtration products, and related engineered solutions (e.g., woven wire mesh, perforated plates, wedge wire screens)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service
- Support the external sales team with technical documentation, costing, and sales planning
- Process orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with production and logistics teams
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new technologies and industry trends
- Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling
- Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
- Technical qualification in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production fields (advantageous)
- 2–4 years in sales or internal sales within a technical or industrial environment
- Experience with screening media, filtration systems, or engineered industrial products (advantageous)
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills
- Ability to read technical drawings or interpret specifications (preferred)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in quotes and documentation
- Computer literacy and experience with CRM or ERP systems
