- Relevant Sales Qualification
- Minimum 8 - 10 years' solid sales experience, a hunter for new business.
- Experience in selling security solutions will be ideal.
- Develop and present tailored electronic security solutions using the company’s key product suit (CCTV, access control, Alarm systems etc.)
- Work closely with Product and Technical teams to develop bespoke customer solutions.
- Collaborate with internal project managers to ensure solution delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to close
- Conduct cold outreach, client meetings, and product presentations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
- Convert qualified leads into long-term customers
- Establish and grow relationships with newly acquired accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets
- Contribute to sales strategies within assigned territories
- Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and territory potential to identify untapped opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize product positioning and pricing strategies
