Job Summary

We are currently looking for an energetic and passionate Business Development Consultant to join our company. Ditto Hire is a software company based in Cape Town with a strong focus on servicing the recruitment/human resources industry.

Any experience in software or digital sales would be advantageous.

Requirements

New business development
Team Management
Find and manage new leads
Build relationships with customers
- Software sales experience
- Reach monthly sales targets set by line managers
  - Contact and follow up with prospective clients
- Manage process flows set out by line managers
- Ensure agreed KPAs and sales targets are achieved in line with business requirements
- Reach performance targets relating to productivity, adherence, turnaround time, and quality
Constantly and proactively look for ways to improve efficiencies through performance, communications, procedures, and systems
Assist in increasing sales revenue within the sales department
Continuously work towards improving the customer experience and service delivery
