We’re looking for an experienced, versatile IT Field Engineer who can provide first-line support and manage complex server, network, and security systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and related hardware/software.
Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across a variety of environments.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement, upgrade, and manage systems and applications.
Diagnose and resolve network issues, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
Manage multiple clients with varying SLAs and maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
A+, N+, or S+
Microsoft Certified Fundamentals (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, providing IT support, system administration, or managed services.
Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux systems; macOS experience is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Experience with cloud.
