Role Purpose: Drive all Multimedia conceptual ideas by producing and animating visual communication pieces in a multimedia context, in line with our company positioning framework, and the Corporate Identity (CI) of the company. Experience and Qualifications:
Degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia & Animation Design.
2-3 years of experience in Multimedia & Animation Design.
Responsibilities and Work Outputs:
Conceptualise and sell your own proactive briefs using existing/new templates and multimedia formats.
Drive all multimedia and animation needs for mandated creative briefs in line with the company brand calendar.
Develop relevant material on various online platforms (Blogs, Social media e.g., Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn to name a few).
Work on and roll – out creative briefs with Indesign and animated standard graphic design capabilities.
Develop layouts for articles and documents based on the design brief (rarely but when applicable).
Scan and/ or edit videography or photography and other images as per the creative and animation needs of the brief.
Brainstorm and contribute and enhance the creative brief processes with best multimedia solutions in studio.
Develop all multimedia visual ideas, animations & communications according to the spec of multimedia formats example, GIFs, Boomerangs, Vox pops, animated communications, videos, and marketing campaign elements.
Develop work for digital screen media and ensure that work is correct for each online medium & its matching guidelines.
Work within the brand CI and maintain the required brand elements while producing innovative, effective, animated & multimedia designs.
Animate and place images and text within the correct formats and proportions.
Check layout, images, animation performance and logo usage from brief, before handing over it for uploading in our central repository, or submission to 3rd party sponsorship or media partners.
Convert documents to the relevant format, and set information correctly for reproduction and printing, in the case of graphic design requirements.
Proof check all copy information to contribute to the effectiveness of the traffic and internal studio processes.
Provide master classes internally, on how we can become better orientated in understanding animations and multimedia, as a tool to tell powerful and effective stories for our various target markets (Competitor analysis, trends, experiences, observations, research & insights).
Excellent ideation, animation and visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context (combined with excellent IT and programming skills or familiarity thereof).

Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, time, and project management skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
An understanding of the latest animation & multimedia trends and their role in a commercial environment.
Proven competence in animation, design, and image manipulation software.
