Job Summary
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent. - Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science (MSc), or equivalent post-graduate executive degree - Professional certifications in CISM, CISSP, CRISC, COBIT, ITIL, or TOGAF. - Minimum of 12 to 15 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years operating at a Senior Management or Executive level within a medium-to-large corporate environment. - Proven track record in the mining, heavy industry, or capital-intensive sectors, with deep knowledge of operational technology and smart mining trends. - Extensive experience in integrating Operational Technology (OT), SCADA, Control & Instrumentation (C&I), Industrial IoT (IIoT), and enterprise IT systems. - Strategic oversight of enterprise ERP implementations (preferably SAP), cloud strategy, data governance, and big data architecture - Comprehensive understanding of IT budget management (CAPEX/OPEX), commercial negotiations, vendor governance, and outsourcing strategy.
