Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Computer and IT Technician to install, repair and maintain computers, smartphones, tablets and related hardware/software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Windows installation, operating system troubleshooting, hardware repair, and mobile/tablet software and hardware support. Key Responsibilities • Install and configure Windows operating systems on desktop and laptop computers. • Perform operating system repair and troubleshooting. • Install, update and troubleshoot computer software and drivers. • Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues (RAM, hard disk/SSD, motherboard, power supply, etc.). • Perform computer cleaning and basic maintenance to improve performance. • Install and configure smartphones and tablets (Android / iOS), including apps and basic settings. • Diagnose and repair smartphone and tablet software issues (reset, OS reinstall, configuration). • Perform basic smartphone and tablet hardware repairs (screen, battery, ports, etc., if applicable). • Troubleshoot and repair Mac / tablet / iPad software issues. • Maintain records of repairs, installations, and services performed. • Provide technical support to staff and customers. • Ensure all work is done safely and in line with company policies. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience as a Computer Technician / IT Technician. • Strong knowledge of Windows installation and configuration.Error!
