This position requires a hands-on engineer with strong technical expertise and a proven background in automotive electronics and embedded device development.
Education:
- Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications will be advantageous.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in embedded systems development within an automotive or related engineering environment.
- Strong experience with CAN Bus communication protocols and vehicle network architectures.
- Proven experience designing and developing embedded devices and firmware.
- Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ programming.
- Experience working with microcontrollers, hardware integration, and real-time systems.
- Understanding of automotive electronic control systems and vehicle communication networks.
- Exposure to product development, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and best practices will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional engineering teams.
