Job Summary
We looking for someone who has experience in selling HR/Payroll solutions such as HCM, ESS, HR Premier.
Must possess the following character traits and abilities:
- Must have strong presentation skills and be experienced in presenting to and engaging at all levels within a client organisation (Users, Middle Management and Executive Management levels).
- Must be an experienced hunter with a proven ability to canvas for new business “cold calling”.
- Must be a go-getter, target driven, self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
- Must be articulate and able to communicate well with all stakeholders
- Must be solutions orientated and have an ability to follow through on deals by applying a consultative or advisory approach to closing deals.
- Must possess well developed negotiation skills
- Must be willing to learn, develop, acquire additional knowledge and skills to sell a portfolio of solutions offered by Transaction Capital Transactional Solutions
- Must possess well developed report and proposal writing skills
- Must be presentable and always project a professional image
Experience:
- Post graduate business degree will be advantageous
- Certifications relating to payroll industry will be advantageous
- 5 years+ experience or more in payroll administration or implementation related roles
- 3 years+ experience in selling payroll solutions and services to small medium and large corporates.
- A proven track record in meeting targets.
- A proven track record in deals acquired.
