Our client is seeking an experienced Professional Services Implementation Specialist to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain document composition applications using Quadient Inspire.
- Build, test, troubleshoot, and support complex workflows and document templates.
- Develop custom data validation and parsing solutions using C# and PowerShell.
- Configure and support system integrations, APIs, and Omni-Channel outputs.
- Assist with customer onboarding, data analysis, and implementation projects.
- Manage production deployments and support production acceptance processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to data processing and workflow implementations.
- Identify opportunities to improve and standardise existing processes and data handling procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar implementation, development, or document composition role.
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire (formerly GMC).
- Strong C# development skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows PowerShell.
- Experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and functions.
- Solid understanding of system integrations and API configurations.
- Experience working with XML and various data structures.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a broader team.
- Print and mailing industry experience will be advantageous.
