Our client is a well-established organisation operating in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, with a strong focus on customer service excellence and digital enablement.This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain modern business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will work largely independently on development items while also contributing to solution design and supporting junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for case management and system integrations
- Configure Dynamics 365 forms, views, dashboards, and security roles
- Participate in solution design, estimation, testing, and deployment activities
- Assist with ALM, environment management, and releases
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile
Education- Relevant IT qualification (Diploma or Degree)
- Microsoft certification PL-200 or currently working towards PL-400 (advantageous)
- 2–5 years experience working with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- Hands-on experience in Customer Service–based Dynamics implementations is advantageous
- Exposure to enterprise environments and collaborative development teams
- Strong experience with:
- Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas)
- Power Automate
- Dataverse configuration and data modelling
- JavaScript customisation
- REST / API integrations
- Familiarity with ALM, solution layering, and environment management
- Advantageous exposure:
- Azure Functions / Logic Apps
- Power BI integrations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Commitment to clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, accountable, and adaptable under pressure
- Team-oriented with a mentorship mindset
