As a Business Platforms Engineer, you will take ownership of internal systems and reporting platforms, ensuring they are optimised, integrated, and aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain internal business platforms and applications
- Build and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualisations for business insights
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Configure and support business systems, including CRM and analytics platforms
- Administer and maintain collaboration platforms and document management systems
- Implement and manage integrations and data flows across multiple systems
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms
- Provide user support, documentation, and best practice guidance
- Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analytical support to internal stakeholders
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:- Degree or diploma in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in software development, business applications, or systems engineering
- Experience working with internal platforms, reporting tools, or low-code solutions
- Strong data analysis and reporting expertise
- Experience with BI tools and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI or similar)
- Practical experience with CRM/ERP or low-code platforms (e.g., Zoho or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tools
- Experience with system integrations, workflows, and automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
