Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance multi-tier trading systems
- Engage with clients to gather and understand business requirements
- Document functional, business, and technical specifications
- Perform system testing and ensure quality assurance standards
- Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot existing software solutions
- Collaborate across development, testing, and integration phases
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:- Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field [Delphi Dev...loper 2026 | Word]
- 5+ years’ experience in software development
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience developing commercial applications using Delphi
- Experience working within financial services environments is advantageous
- Proven experience across full software development lifecycle, including design, testing, and implementation [Delphi Dev...loper 2026 | Word]
- Strong Delphi development expertise
- Experience with C# and C++
- Solid understanding of 3-tier architecture and object-oriented design principles
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and stored procedures
- Front-end and back-end development capability
- Knowledge of design patterns and algorithmic problem-solving
- Strong troubleshooting and general computing skills (Windows, networking basics) [Delphi Dev...loper 2026 | Word]
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High levels of accountability, initiative, and problem-solving ability
