Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

The Role:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a crucial role in driving top-of-funnel activity through appointment setting, lead generation, and pipeline development. You'll support the Sales Director, Commercial Director, and National Account Manager by engaging with a targeted list of resellers and retail prospects. This role requires a proactive and persistent approach to outbound outreach - via calls, emails, and digital campaigns - with the goal of opening doors, building relationships, and booking qualified meetings that support commercial growth.
Responsibilities
● Qualify leads from marketing and campaign activity as sales opportunities
● Contact potential prospects via cold calls, emails, and social channels
● Set up meetings and calls between prospects and senior sales team members
● Manage and execute outreach to a defined list of target resellers and retail customers
● Build rapport and long-term relationships with prospective partners
● Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services
● Monitor and report on outreach progress, sales funnel activity, and lead conversion to the Commercial Director
● Support marketing campaign execution, lead tracking, and follow-up coordination
● Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely updates on all prospecting activity

Technical Skills & Experience
● Minimum 3 years in a relevant sales development or outbound sales role
● At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven record of exceeding lead generation or appointment-setting targets
● Proficient in cold calling, emailing, and digital prospecting methods
● Experience working with resellers, retailers, or channel partners is highly desirable
● Skilled in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage outreach and track performance
● Familiarity with basic marketing automation tools and email campaign platforms
