Our client, a leading ICT based in Somerset West, Cape Town, is now looking to employ an experienced Manager to lead the development teams consisting of 3 large teams compromising 20 staff members.
This position will be based in the Somerset West office 2-3 days per week and alternate days remotely.
Salary offered between R850k and R1 Mil per annum.
The Development Manager needs to have a solid Development background to understand the technical side, operations experience in order to manager throughput and sprint efficiencies, and finally a solid general management and business background
In order to manage people and the departmental budget.

Bachelors/Masters degree in IT or related
5 - 10 years management experience within a development environment (project management)
Experience delivering large projects
Agile and Lean methodologies
Technologies: Delphi, JavaScript, C#, T-SQL
Experience in testing and test automation
Own transport and able to travel
