Job Summary
An upmarket Dental Practice in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town requires an excellent Practice Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be someone with a great personality and who is an excellent communicator. The candidate must be able to make patients feel calm and at ease, be sophisticated, well-organised, and computer literate. The ideal candidate will need to be able to deal with demanding patients and have the ability to work with the owner and work well under pressure.
Other duties would include:
- Planning
- Scheduling
- Diarise
- Good co-ordinator skills
The candidate must be a NON-smoker, send current payslips, and send relevant reference numbers.
