- Develop and refine functional and application architecture to support business initiatives.
- Analyse business requirements and ensure technology solutions provide appropriate coverage.
- Define system integrations, guide technology selection, and support solution design processes.
- Facilitate architecture workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and enhance the application landscape and architecture repository.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of architecture standards and best practices.
- Support project teams through advisory and governance across various domains.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise architecture or related roles.
- Proven experience working across multiple domains such as finance, HR, logistics, or customer platforms.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or system integration initiatives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with integration concepts such as APIs, ETL processes, and middleware solutions.
- Ability to map business processes and design system architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in architecture modelling tools and presentation software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritise effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to recommend improvements and drive innovation.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.
