Join Our Client's Team as an Appointment Setter
Location: Pretoria East (Tshwane)
About the Role:
Our client is seeking an Appointment Setter to join the team. As the main point of contact for enquiries, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the booking process with accuracy and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to all enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, social media, and website
- Deliver fast, personalised responses to every enquiry
- Assist walk-in clients when required
- Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
- Manage and coordinate schedules effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality sales or client service
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Own reliable transport to travel to Pretoria East
- Proficiency in Office software including Google Sheets and Google Docs
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8h00 to 17h00, Saturday 8h00 to 14h00, Public holidays 8h00 to 14h00. Availability required between 17h00 to 20h00 with occasional later responses for high-intent enquiries.

This role offers a probation period with the potential to become permanent, providing a hybrid work opportunity. The role can also evolve into the role of Sales Lead.
