The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalised Spa and Wellness experiences aligned to the Spas standards, while actively contributing to the commercial success and operational integrity of the Spa within the Lodge environment.
This role requires a professional, detail-oriented, and revenue-aware therapist who balances treatment excellence with retail performance, guest relationship building, and disciplined operational compliance.

EDUCATION & SKILLS EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Qualification: Minimum 2-year Spa Therapist qualification.
- Minimum Industry Experience: 2+ years’ industry experience
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Confident to perform massage, skincare, and wellness treatments.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed individual revenue and retail targets
REMUNERATION
- Commission: 10% on Services & up to 15% on Retail Revenue (excl. VAT).
- Spa Operating Hours: 09:00 – 19:00. Must be available for early or later appointments if requested.
- Leave Cycle: 2 weeks (42 days) on, 2 weeks (14 days) off. Or equivalent of 1 Off Day for every 3 days worked.
- Accommodation: Shared accommodation with Daily Staff Meals
