- The Senior Therapist must have relevant tertiary qualifications in Therapy.
- Must be registered with the appropriate professional body.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience.
- The Senior Therapist's key responsibilities will be to provide advanced therapeutic interventions to clients.
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations.
- Supervise and mentor junior therapists and interns.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
- Ensure ethical, professional, and organizational standards are upheld.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience is a MUST.
