This position is ideal for an experienced sales and bookings specialist who excels at building rapport, conducting consultative sales conversations, overcoming objections, and converting enquiries into confirmed appointments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high volumes of inbound leads generated through advertising campaigns, conducting outbound follow-up via telephone, WhatsApp, and SMS, maintaining accurate CRM records, and delivering an outstanding client experience throughout the sales journey.
This role requires a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for helping clients take the next step toward achieving their aesthetic and wellness goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and has a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience In Telesales, Client Services, Bookings Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Previous experience within a Medical, Aesthetics, Healthcare, Wellness, or Cosmetic environment will be advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets.
- Exceptional telephone communication skills with a professional, confident, and persuasive approach.
- Strong written communication skills for WhatsApp, SMS, and client correspondence.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Booking Platforms, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of leads while maintaining consistent follow-up.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
- Relevant qualification in Sales, Business Administration, Customer Service, Healthcare Administration, or a related field will be advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Contact & Outreach
- Contact all inbound leads within the required response time.
- Ensure no lead remains uncontacted.
- Conduct persistent and professional follow-up through phone calls, WhatsApp, and SMS until a booking outcome is achieved.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and client engagement throughout the sales process.
Sales Conversion
- Conduct structured and consultative sales conversations over the phone.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable services.
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of procedures and consultations.
- Guide prospective clients toward booking appointments while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Consistently achieve or exceed conversion and booking targets.
Booking Management
- Accurately capture and manage bookings within the practice management system.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders.
- Manage rescheduling requests and cancellations effectively.
- Implement strategies to minimize appointment no-shows.
CRM & Lead Management
- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records for every lead.
- Record all communication attempts, outcomes, and follow-up activities.
- Track lead progression through the sales funnel.
- Prepare and submit weekly conversion and performance reports to management.
Client Pre-Qualification
- Assess and qualify prospective clients for hair transplant and aesthetic procedures.
- Apply established pre-qualification criteria before referring clients for clinical consultation.
- Ensure high-intent leads are appropriately prioritized.
Objection Handling
- Professionally address client concerns regarding pricing, procedures, and treatment options.
- Use approved scripts and sales methodologies to overcome objections.
- Escalate clinical or technical questions to the appropriate medical team when required.
Revenue & Performance Tracking
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets.
- Identify potential pipeline gaps and proactively implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to revenue growth through consistent lead conversion.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to coordinate appointment availability.
- Maintain real-time visibility of consultation and procedure schedules.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments.
Client Feedback & Market Insights
- Report common client objections, frequently asked questions, and lead drop-off trends.
- Provide feedback to management to improve marketing campaigns, client messaging, and service offerings.
