The OpportunityWe are seeking an exceptional Spa Manager / Senior Aesthetic Therapist / Somatologist to join our elite team. QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a Medical-Aesthetic or Luxury Spa environment
- Proven experience supporting medical professionals and/or managing a high-end Spa
- Advanced knowledge of professional skincare brands (e.g. SkinCeuticals, DemaQuest)
- Proficiency in aesthetic technologies, including:
- Microneedling
- Laser treatments
- Skin tightening and Radio Frequency devices
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience using the ZENOTI Clinic/Spa booking system
- Strong client service ethos with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership capability and team development experience
- Commercial awareness with a strong ability to drive sales and client growt

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Deliver a personalised, high-touch client journey from consultation through to aftercare.
- Build lasting relationships with a discerning clientele to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Professionally manage client queries and resolve concerns with discretion and care.
Clinical & Treatment Support
- Assist medical doctors with patient preparation, treatment flow, and post-procedure care.
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments with precision and confidence.
- Maintain impeccable treatment standards aligned with medical-aesthetic protocols.
Operations & Leadership
- Oversee daily spa operations to ensure a seamless, luxury-standard environment.
- Lead, mentor, and elevate junior therapists to maintain excellence across the team.
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and clinic flow using ZENOTI.
Retail, Sales & Brand Growth
- Drive retail performance through expert product recommendations and consultations.
- Support strategic marketing initiatives and client acquisition efforts.
- Uphold and represent the brand with professionalism and pride.
- Inventory & Administration
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory with accuracy and accountability.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and product displays meet premium standards.
