The NAIL BAR is opening on 1 March 2026 in Greenstone. We are seeking passionate and skilled Nail Technicians to join our team across three levels of expertise:
All selected Nail Technicians will be required to attend mandatory training in Feb 2026, fully paid for the month at the minimum threshold. Training will ensure staff are aligned with The Way of the Employer and ready to deliver exceptional service from Day 1.
- NAIL TECHNOLOGY qualification.
- 1 or 2 additional Beauty courses are a BONUS.
- MUST have working experience in a busy Spa/Salon environment as a Nail Technician
- 1 - 2 years of working experience for JUNIOR (SAL- Threshold: R6 500 or 27.5% commission on SERV (+10% Retail COM)
- 2 - 5 years of working experience for MID-LEVEL Nail Techs (SAL- Threshold: R8 000 or 30% commission on SERV (+10% Retail COMM)
- 5+ years of working experience for MASTER Nail Techs (SAL -Threshold: R9 000 or 33% commission on SERV (+10% Retail COMM)
- MUST KNOW ALL Nail Technician treatments, e.g. Acrylic, Gel, Tips, Sculpting, Rubber Base, PolyGel, Builder Gel, Soft-gel Tips, etc
- MUST have extensive NAIL ART knowledge & Skills. E.g. Freehand Paint, Polka-dots, Spider-Gel, 3D, 2D, Airbrush Ombre, Chrome, Croc Art, Encapsulation, etc.
- Advanced enhancements.
- ADVANCED E-FILE machine skills.
- FULL knowledge of Manicures & Pedicures FOR ALL LEVELS.
- Excellent knowledge of Nailcare, client care, and beauty products.
- Excellent customer service and retailing skills.
- MUST have problem-solving proficiency
