We are looking for someone to manage and champion the Joint Venture in Mozambique, which ITOO initiated just over 2 years ago by being:

ITOO’s EXPERT on the ground, to develop our specialist products in the Market with key brokers and Hollard
Keen on a new adventure – which will involve a 3-4 year assignment based in Maputo
A self-starter who is able to think strategically and operate at multiple levels – working with the Local Partners on Specialist Risks relevant for the market
Having an understanding of iTOO’s product range will be beneficial to the Partnership (Sales, Underwriting, Claims)
Have 5+ years commercial lines underwriting experience and willing to learn new specialed product lines
The successful candidate will have 3-5 Years Management and Strategic Leadership experience
Our Expert will need to become entrenched in the local market, with a willingness to learn a new culture and language – Portuguese speaking is an advantage
Have all round exposure to Business Development, Strategy and Reinsurance
