Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead and assume full management responsibility for Retention
- Check and validate all work carried out in Retention
- Managing workload
- Managing team performance and reaching KPI’s
- Complaints handling
- Handling Recruiting and Disciplinary action
- Coaching, Training and developing of staff – procedure and product
- Assisting with IT optimization
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years Team manager experience
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent product knowledge
- Strong Admin skills
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- 150 FAIS credits
- RE 5
