Job description.
• Recruit, vest and grow a team of Financial Advisers in Bloemfontein and surrounds.
• Identify marketing opportunities and establish marketing networks, that align to our product suite of Risk-, Investment –, Short term- and health products.
• Engage with Key Stake holders in order to create support- and marketing alignment for the Financial Advisers.
• Manage the full compliance value chain
Minimum requirements for this position:
• Own Vehicle
• B.Com or industry related qualification 120 credits or more on a NQF5 level
• RE 1 and 5 qualification required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Financial Planning.
• Risk and Investment experience,
• Proven track record of sales management in Financial Services
