Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all multi-system initiatives adhere to approved analysis standards and templates.
- Drive requirements gathering, ensuring sign-off from both business and technical stakeholders before development begins.
- Maintain requirement quality to achieve less than 10% rework due to unclear or incomplete requirements.
- Reduce development clarifications caused by requirement gaps quarter-on-quarter.
- Lead and uplift the capability, performance, and confidence of the Business Analysis team.
- Deliver a minimum of two measurable process or system improvements per year.
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 6 years as a Business or Systems Analyst in a complex enterprise IT environment.
- Proven experience leading analysis across large-scale, multi-system initiatives.
- Demonstrated team leadership or Business Analyst management experience.
Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Advanced capability in requirements elicitation, solution design, business process modelling, and systems integration.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and cross-platform dependencies.
- High proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and related analysis tools.
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong decision-making in complex and ambiguous environments.
Advantageous Certifications
- CBAP, AAC, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM or equivalent.
