The core purpose of the role is to lead complex business analysis initiatives, lead business requirements strategy, and analyse and optimise cross-functional business processes, ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders. Additionally, it involves mentoring junior team members and influencing solution direction.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree/diploma in IT, business or related field, with at least five (5) years’ experience in business
analysis, including exposure to complex, multisystem projects
OR
Recognized certification preferably in IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA and Agile leadership with at least eight (8) years of experience in business analysis, including exposure to complex, multi-system projects
Experience in enterprise architecture concepts and system thinking
Expert knowledge of BA frameworks, techniques and modelling standards
KEY COMPETENCIES
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze data and product meaningful insights
Proficiency in process modelling and business documentation standards
Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion
