Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Claims Consultant to join our dynamic claims department in Roodepoort. If you are passionate about insurance, eager to learn, and ready to build your career in commercial claims, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and assess commercial claims, coordinating all relevant documentation.
- Investigate claim validity and gather supporting evidence.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
- Assist in processing payments and maintaining accurate claim records.
- Liaise with service providers and external stakeholders to ensure efficient claim resolution.
- Support senior consultants as needed and contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Matric certificate (minimum requirement).
- RE 5.
- FETC in Short-Term Insurance
- Class of Business Commercial Lines
- 2-5 years in short-term insurance claims, especially commercial claims, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
