• Educate clients on product benefits and value propositions.

• Manage payment arrangements and follow up on outstanding premiums.

• Present flexible payment solutions to assist clients in maintaining active cover.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation.

• Identify trends related to cancellations and customer objections to improve retention efforts.

• Contribute insights to enhance retention strategies and team performance.

Duties:

• Engage with customers to prevent policy lapses.

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12.

• RE5 qualification.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in retentions, customer care, customer service, or sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in relevant applications.

Familiarity with the following:

• Insurance industry standards and compliance.
