Are you skilled at growing and managing a book of business? Do you thrive on building positive relationships and maintaining top-notch client service? Our Roodepoort-based client is seeking a motivated Account Executive to oversee commercial insurance accounts and drive business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a book of business, focusing on growth (organic, new business, upselling, cross selling), retention, and maintenance.
- Conduct regular client interactions and ensure all discussions and outcomes are properly documented.
- Meet FAIS requirements concerning client record-keeping and documentation.
- Foster strong communication and cooperation within the team and with clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Afrikaans First Language & Fully Bilungual in English
- NQF 5 in Short Term Insurance
- RE 5 qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in Relationship Management and Commercial Underwriting
- IISA/FIA membership/qualification (advantageous)
- Professional, client-focused approach and solid administration skills.
