Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced AI Analytics Internal Auditor to help drive the integration of data analytics and AI into our Internal Audit Function. This role focuses on building AI models, developing analytics solutions, and enhancing audit quality, risk analysis, and decision‑making across the business.

What You’ll Do

Design and build AI models to support audit processes and business oversight
Execute data analytics within integrated audits and stand‑alone analytics projects
Develop dashboards, data models, and insights to identify trends and efficiency opportunities
Support audit planning, scoping, and delivery
Collaborate with audit teams and communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and contribute to analytics innovation

What You Need

Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, Economics, Actuarial Science or similar
6+ years’ experience, including 3 years as a Data Analyst and 1 year as an AI Builder
Strong technical skills: Excel, SQL, Power BI, DAX, IDEA, R, Python
Experience in ETL, data modelling, visualisation, reporting, and scripting
Strong project management, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Reinsurance or underwriting knowledge is an advantage
Ability to simplify complex data and work across multiple stakeholders
