We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to manage, retain, and service a portfolio of commercial clients in the insurance sector. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, handling policy amendments, renewals, and queries, and identifying coverage gaps.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage, retain, and service a portfolio of commercial clients (including related personal lines).
- Build strong client relationships and conduct regular reviews.
- Handle policy amendments, endorsements, renewals, and queries.
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Generate and convert new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with FAIS, TCF, and regulatory timelines.
- Collaborate with insurers, underwriters, claims teams, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' commercial insurance experience.
- Minimum 3 years in an Account Executive or similar client-facing broking role.
- Proven track record in new business, retention, and portfolio growth.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial judgement and sound decision-making.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
