Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Administrative Clerk that will provide efficient administrative and client service support within a Medical Scheme Brokerage environment. The role involves handling general client services and new business administration while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service delivery standards.
Minimum requirements:
General Client Service:
Issue and manage tax certificates and membership cards
Update client contact details, including surname changes
Nominate or change General Practitioners (GPs)
Handle premium-related queries, including premiums in arrears and income verification
Process student and adult membership updates, ensuring special premium rules are applied
Update banking details, including debit order date changes, reinstatements, and mandates
Schedule and manage diary appointments
Process new business applications, including Scheme and GAP products
Administer UHB fees
Handle broker appointments
Add or remove dependants
Process main member changes
Manage cancellations and option changes
Remuneration:
R 7 000 - R 9 000
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
