A large, established organisation is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure & Support Manager to take ownership of its end‑to‑end IT support and facilities environment. In addition to IT operations, the role includes oversight of building maintenance, renovations, repairs, and facilities management, requiring a leader comfortable operating across both technical and operational domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure, hardware, desktop support, security, and policy management functions
- Oversee IT service delivery for a large consultant user base
- Manage and coordinate building maintenance, renovations, and repairs
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of IT support and building management staff
- Ensure stability, security, and continuous improvement across all environments
- Relevant tertiary degree in IT or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, hardware, and desktop support roles
- Extensive hands‑on experience supporting a Microsoft‑based environment
- Proven experience managing teams of 8 - 12 technical and operational staff
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
- Broad understanding of IT security, infrastructure, and policy management
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
