HEAD SPA THERAPIST / MANAGER ON DUTY
KRUGER NATIONAL PARK - PHALABORWA, Limpopo (ZA)
START: February 2026
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS
- Monday - Sunday (Shifts)
- 6 days on / 2 days off
- Flexible regarding overtime on occasion based on hotel bookings
- OPEN all major public holidays
- 21 days paid leave per annum
REPORT TO: Hotel GM / Owner
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS
- R8,000 - R10,000 Basic Salary per month (Based on experience desired)
- Commission (Product & Services rendered)
- Semi-furnished single accommodation with private en-suite bathroom (King Bed, Towels & linen, TV, Aircon, Mirror & dresser, mini fridge, microwave, cupboard)
- R1,800 monthly meal allowance from our restaurant

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds or similar recognized accreditation
- Assistant Spa Manager experience in Lodge, Hotel or Cruise Ship Spa environment
- Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back
- Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star therapist
- Confident retailer
- Computer literate - able to do oversee bookings, client communication (e-mail/whatsapp etc) / reporting and any other basic admin duties assigned
- We prefer our employee to have their own transport
- Ability to build rapport with our staff, international guests and local clientele
- Confident leader, you will manage a small team of spa professionals
- Ability to represent our company professionally, as well as maintain our high standards
EXPERIENCE:
- Day Spa experience within a Hotel, Lodge, Cruise Ship or Resort or independent spa
- Prior employment in a bush, lodge or safari environment
- Confident all-rounder, however strong in Body Therapy as our primary service
- Holistic Wellness approach favourable
- Head Therapist / Assistant Spa Manager experience is preferred
