A South African based company has a vacancy for an International Campaign, for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Consultant.
- Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats in the language
- Processing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
- Customer relationship building & management
- Problem solving tasks during shift
- Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries
- Make outgoing calls and execute outbound campaigns to identified customers
- Fluent in Dutch (not negotiable)
- Must have experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and Call Centre environment
- Fluent in English; able to communicate effectively (read, write and speak fluently).
- Must come from a Customer Service background. Call Centre experience is advantageous.
- MUST be a South African Citizen OR have a relevant visa to live and work in South Africa.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and offer alternative solutions
- Stable Wi – Fi or Fibre connection
- Handle confidential and personal matters
- Be fully computer literate and have accurate typing skills
