Job Summary
Overview:
The incumbent will be stationed within a professional outbound and inbound call centre environment that renders financial intermediary and advisory services to clients by providing short-term insurance cover that best suits clients' needs for vehicle, household content, and business insurance. The successful hire will be expected to Provide Client Care and Claims services to all Branches, Franchises and Partners.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Achieve ticket resolution performance targets
- Achieve claims resolutions performance targets
- Identify where clients are under-insured and offer adequate insurance
- Achieve vehicle-tracker installation target
- Provide high-level financial advice and achieve QA targets
- Adhere to department scripting at all times
- Amend confirmation of covers
- Deal with client queries and complaints
- Assist with policy documents
- Update Client Care KPI Dashboard
- Register new claims
- Appoint Assessors
- Manage and maintain third-part relationships
- Validate policy claims as per insurer's instruction
- Perfom any other ad-hoc activities required by the department management
Requirements:
- Must have experience working at a short term insurance brokerage (business, car & household content)
- Must have experience with client care or claims department
- Knowledge of multiple insurance products
- Must pass Regulatory Examination for Representatives
- Must have a Higher Certificate in Short-term Insurance (NQF level 5 and above)
- Well-groomed with excellent verbal communication skills
- Must display an intense passion for delivering customer satisfaction
