VACANT POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Local manufacturer, supplier and distributor of Stationery Products seeks a tenacious & sales driven Sales rep to join their team.
Based in Johannesburg / Pretoria the successful candidate will have a regional portfolio of Limpopo (Venda, Thoyandou, Phalaborwa, Tzaneen, Hoedspruit etc) and a local portfolio covering the Cash n Carrys in Pta and Jhb promoting the product ranges, forging and maintaining good relationships with all customers.
Work closely with internal sales team regarding orders, back orders, stock etc.
3 to 5 years Cash ‘n Carry sales experience and customer service experience
General knowledge of stationery industry will be advantageous
Drive for results
Your busy and challenging Day will include:
• Client visits
• Retail sales visits
• Working according to strict policies and procedures
• Managing customer demands and expectations
• Following up on sales leads and opportunities
• Keeping customers up to date throughout the entire sales process
• Working towards multiple targets and deadlines
• Monthly sales meeting in Johannesburg
• NB: You will need to sleep out for at least one week per month
Qualifications:
• Grade 12 / Matric
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own Reliable Transport Essential
