Duties and responsibilities

Mixing Bay:

Daily capturing of mixes done in the Mixing Bay
Monthly capturing and investigation of Color matching report
Monitor Mixing Bay activities
Daily transfers of mixing bay, solvent plant and investigate where discrepancies are
Double check transfers and correct where necessary
Ensure monthly stock counts are done in the Mixing Bay and captured

Receiving and stores and Branch transfers

Manage the staff for best productivity
Ensure all stock are labelled before leaving the receiving area
All stock in the back stores packed and labelled correctly
Ensure the Marking area is empty by COB every day
Take disciplinary action when necessary
Ensure all received stock are double checked
Do spot checks on received stock
Ensure all branch requests are done timeously and correct stock are send to branches and all stock received correctly from branches
Report all damages from suppliers and couriers and ensure it is finalized
