Job Summary

Our global client is looking for a Support Coordinator to join their team - please note the successful incumbent is able to work remotely, unless based in Pietermaritzburg.

Requirements:

Essential

Hold at least 1 relevant certification.
- Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL or CompTIA
Have at least 5 years’ experience working in a support environment.
Have a basic understanding of networking, windows operating systems and the core MS application stack.
Have excellent organisation and administration skills.
Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills.

Beneficial

Previous experience working for an MSP in a similar role.
Experience working in a very ITIL focused environment.
