We are growing and are searching for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team. If you have a passion for Recruitment, enjoy admin related duties, willing to learn, and keen on occasional boat rides on the Vaal then keep on reading.
Ideally, you need to have:
- 2-3 years as a Recruitment Administrator in a similar environment (IT/Finance/Engineering)
- Previous experience in identifying suitable candidates based on keyword search and completing the first screening interview
- Previous experience with Screening candidates
- Previous experience with CV typing and Recruitment related duties
- Suitable space in the home that offers a quiet, uninterrupted workspace
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to want to grow and learn
- Clear Criminal Record
You will be tasked to:
- Effectively communicate with candidates
- Screening of CV’s
- Interviewing of candidates (Telephonic and video calls)
- Shortlisting suitable candidates
- Update database
- Typing of CV’s
- Conducting Verification Checks
- Attending Training sessions
