Role Purpose
The Financial Manager is responsible for the financial management, and historic accounting performance, of a portfolio of properties and entities within the company, encompassing the full financial function in the area of responsibility (GL maintenance, Cash Flow, forecasting, and Taxation), in collaboration with asset management and the finance team. The role incumbent is responsible to pay attention to the detail of the immediate task and decide the most efficient way of getting it done on time. The incumbent will be expected to identify risks and implement actions to mitigate these, as well as improves and implements systems and best practices to enhance efficiencies. The role incumbent manages a team of accountants and administrators
