Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager who is exceptional with developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives, stakeholders, conducting solutions presentations and preparing sales reports.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or relevant field
- 3 years + Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role in Public Sector (minimum 3 years’ experience)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the ICT sector (ICT infrastructure, software sales, Telecoms)
Skills
- Solution selling and proposal presentation experience
- Solid experience with CRM software
