Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by professional conduct, regular follow ups/customer visits, knowledge of the customer's business and meeting deadlines
Proactively deal with customers telephonically or face-to-face to ensure that issues are resolved and relationships strengthened
Effectively cross sell products to existing customers
Generate new business and attend sales meetings with/without Sales Consultants
Perform any reasonable adhoc tasks and duties required by management
3 years technical experience; 2 years Account Management experience pref from mining or processing plant
sales experience an advantage
Grade 12; NDip Electronics, N6 Electrical Engineering
