Must have apparel experience

Production coordinator -70% (apparel)

QC: 30% (apparel)

Tracking of all import and local orders from Pre-Production stage to bulk production. 70% of time in a day.

Tracking timeline for PPS due with factories.
Tracking timeline for PPS comments to factory.
Tracking bulk production with factories.
Tracking timeline for BPS due.
Ensuring bulk production is booked on time with forwarder.
Ensuring bulk production is handed over to forwarder on time
Liaising with factory’s on planning of containers and shipment date.
Update all tracking spread sheets.
Tracking of courier parcels.

QC – 30% of the day.

Checking of PPS and BPS to the Spec.

Must have worked in an import environment.
Excel
Outlook
Excellent co-ordination skills
Hands on.
Excellent commination skills.
Must have a good attention to detail
Must have a basic construction understanding.
Must have a basic fabric understanding.
