Detailed duties and responsibilities.
o Managing of proof of delivery (POD) on a daily basis
o Ensuring signed dates match delivery dates
o Abnormalities to be managed with logistics service providers (LPS’s)
o Clean proof of deliveries (POD’s) to be uploaded onto Cello daily
o Analyze endorsed proof of deliveries (POD) with shorts and overs
o Manage endorsed discrepancies with logistics service providers (LSP’s)
o Manage proof of deliveries (POD) key performance indicators (KPI’s) with logistics service providers (LSP’s) according to lead time (local 24hrs to 48hrs & regional 72hrs to 96hrs )
o Aging proof of delivery (POD’s) to be managed with logistics service providers(LSP’s) - ensuring no pod’s age more than required lead times
o Failed delivery management - following up short and extra stock Delivered; vet and investigate failed delivery, aging report, insert returns onto the pod and uploaded onto Cello
o GI management - monitoring good issue (GI) status on a daily basis and weekly basis to status change from goods issue (GI) to information on delivery (IOD) status and the interface successfully. Required delivery date (RDD) aligned with booking confirmation to ensure proof of delivery (POD) do not have irregularities.
o Proof of delivery (POD) key performance (KPI) management – send results to the business on a weekly and monthly basis (Weekly POD verification & last 3 days of the month 100% POD verification)
