- To sell the maximum number of new trucks to achieve target and maximum profit.
- To ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction and retention at all times in accordance with Company standards.
- To ensure transaction completion according to the targeted timeframes and at the required accuracy.
- To be able to initiate and close deals independently and with confidence.
- To ensure details of all vehicle transactions are accurately recorded and registered.
- To ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- To participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration.
- Innovative thinking to improve customer base.
- Must be self-motivated and willing to do work after hours and weekends if so required
- Valid Driver’s License (Code B minimum)
- Clear Criminal Record
- Clear ITC record
- At least 5 years within the sales environment, with a proven track record, of which at least 2 years must be in Commercial Vehicle Sales
- Computer Literate at intermediate level
